This past Sunday we were fortunate enough to have been included in Cuisine en Locale’s forth-annual BBQ. Along with JJ Gonson and her amazing crew, they put on One Night Culinary Events (O.N.C.E.). We rolled up with the cruiser and handed out samples of Katalyst Kombucha.

We also ate an unbelievable amount of delicious food including Razor Clams from Island Creek Oysters and a ridiculously variety of meat from Stillman Farm. A definite highlight was when Batch Ginger Ice Cream was combined with Katalyst Ginger Kombucha. Pretty unbelievable! Overall it was an awesome night. We meet a lot of really great people and were able to put smiles on everyone’s faces with Kombucha!
